OUR PHILOSOPHY

Quality control that is indispensable to the textile industry has been reached its peak with the Golden Ratio Philosophy in our system.

In this system, products are examined diligently by ‘’The Department of Quality Assurance’’ even when they are in the prototyping process. After necessary warnings are given, pattern pieces are made and the production process is started.

By choosing the right material, and using the right production techniques, a possible unwanted situation that could happen to the products is prevented at the very start.

Problems that could arouse during the manufacturing of samples shed some light on the production process, and with the reports kept, it lays the groundwork for a problem-free production process.

QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

In each stage of manufacturing, detailed quality control work is being done. You can see below the quality control works that are done from the sample stage to the packaging stage.

In the sample stage:
    1.Assurance control,
    2.Pattern control,
    3.Inside and post-sewing controls,
    4.Controls during the washing stage,
    5.Controls during the packaging stage
are being done by inspecting in great detail.

In the manufacturing process:
1.In planning; controls of factors such as accessory, fabric,
2.In model shop; controls of pattern pieces, measures and shrinkage percentages,
3.In the cutting area, controls of cloth spreading and fabric,
4.After cutting is done, controls of combing out cutting and fabric flaws,
5.Detailed controls and reports of each product (from stitch length to whole measurements) by the contract-manufacturing monitor and product responsible,
6.In the washing stage, quality control of every stage,
are made meticulously and thereby, any possible problem that could occur is fixed before it could get bigger. Moreover, aside from the quality controllers that reside within departments, washing contract-manufacturing monitors and product responsible also do necessary controls and reports them.

In the packaging stage:
    1.Quality control in Nailing,
    2.Quality control in Thread Trimming,
    3.Quality control in Ironing,
    4.Quality control in Measurement,
5.Quality control in the color stage,
6.Packaging details are examined meticulously by the product responsible and packaging contract-manufacturer monitors down to the smallest detail. ‘’The Quality Assurance Department’’ that works with the principle of zero-flaws, subject each product to measurement control one by one and examines all products, and measuring the performance of quality controllers, they report it.
